Well if you jump and race this is what I would buy:

1. Lonestar axle, the stock one bends from jumping really easy!
2. Works shock with remote res, the stock bottoms out way to easy
3. Gearing, best use of power.

That should be around $1000

If you trail ride:

1. Trinity Stage IV pipe and header, more power
2. K&N filter with outwears, more power
3. New carb, way more power
4. Adjust gearing to what you need, to make best use of that new found power.
5. If you have enough power without a carb then get skids.
6. Rejet

That should be around $1000 too.

I'm a jumper/racer, I would like to buy a new pipe but I really think shocks are my next purchase.

Either a pipe or shocks. I put Works shocks on my last bike and it made a world of difference. Though I must say this, so far Ive been impressed with my stockers. :p

I spend 50% of my day on these forums talking about my Z, actually probably about 75%.

If you would like to send me money so I can get my Z done up, I'll accept. PayPal works, hehe.

I'm actually satisfied with out any mods, I replace what I break with better equipment and only really upgrade when I need to.

I think I need to upgrade my shocks this winter, hehe. I need to keep up with the dirt bikes you know. Then I need to beat that banshee, so I'll need exhaust. These are required upgrades. Hey I just might brake my a-arms and guess what! Extended a-arm time. Its only money, I don't plan on living forever or living like a king when I'm old, now is the time to have fun.

If i remeber right u were riding in a hilly place or something? If so i would get skids and tires first. Thats about $421, Then i would buy a slip-on pipe, the choice is up to u but i would get a pipe that has more torque. (Big Gun might have a pipe thats like this) So w/ a big gun slip-on ur at $721, w/ the $279 left get a trailtech bar clamp, Tag [email protected] bars, trailtech computer and new grips. Thats is $238, then save the little bit of money adn thne get urself an LSR or RPM axle. These mods r better if ur power hungry, if the Z has enough power then get an axle and some Elka's.

How about that 500 Big bore kit I saw somebody mention? Does anybody have a link to check it out. I was wondering prices and HP gain.

I posted that 500 big bore post.

If you get the 500 then it will cost you $1000 with labour and shipping. But you will not get the full potential of the motor, you would need a carb, exhaust and K&N with outwears. www.Fourstroketech.com is the address I think.

Thumper Racing makes kits also, I think I would trust thumper racing more than fourstroketech. Again it will cost you almost $1000 and you may have enough for a cheap carb.

what if i added only 1 zero after the other 3. then we can have fun. but, 1000 bucks, i would save up to get elkas and +3 a-arms. then an axle and tires. i have a list of stuff in Word that adds up to about 6000. wit put the quad! and that is with no motor mods.
