Cool. I replied to your IM. You should remove the airbox to drill out the 4 holes for the adapter. You won't get a drill on there and need to drill from the outside.
There are 2 screws on the CDI and one on the other side of the bike under the seat. I don't think you will need to rejet.
i looked at my plug yesterday and it was perfect! any changes will most likely need regetting or the bike will be lean. Atleast thats what the plug tells me. Mine was nice and carmel colored unlike stock hondas that can be piped and filtered and still have a black plug.
