I currently have a 03 suzuki z400 and am looking at a 07 ltr 450. Guy asking $2200. Looks in good condition. He did race it some. Has pipe amd nerf bars, etc. I have never looked into ltr 450s before so my questions are:
Is it worth it? What should I look for when purchasing? I am not gonna race at all. Just something to have to trail ride. I am in central pa so terrain can be rocky at times. Any advice from ltr riders? Thanks and lookin forward to advice.

offer 2000 for it and buy it, you wont regret....

assuming your Z is in decent condition you could sell it for maybe 1700 and for 300 you could have a way newer/better faster atv.

Do it, do it do it do it. Ltrs are awesome and at that price it's even better!

Do it, but check it out good. Wheel/axle bearings, run a compression check and pull the plug if you can. Look for routine maintenance, I got hosed on my KFX4 that I recently bought for not looking it over enough...after that I bought a DVX and scored a great deal because I knew what to look for.
