Mind helping a guy out

Howdy yall. Just bought a 03 LTZ 400 and I failed to see this till now but I'm seeping oil out of the bolt that holds I think the timing chain from falling into the bottom of the motor. Im mechanical inclined but new to quads. How would I fix this leak. Any advice would be awesome. Thank you in advanced.

There is supposed to be a rubber coated washer under the head of that bolt. Make sure its there. You might need to replace it. This is from Rockymountainatv.com
