So I've searched this quite a bit and get multiple answer for what could cause it. It's not just a tiny bit or I wouldn't be concerned but at least a few ounces (or 100ml for my Canadians)

I think it may have been caused by extra oil?... I had a leak out of valve cover last ride so I kept adding oil just to make sure it was good not realizing how to properly check.

Now, how do I tell if it's blow-by or excess pressure, valve issue, normal or..?

It runs like a fine tuned machine and gives zero indication of any problems when riding.

Has:

New bbk (broken in 'properly' as per advice from here)
New ti kibble valves
Stage 2 cams
K and n filter no airbox lid

What's most likely... Coming from valve cover breather or piston jug breather?

Question... How do I test my 'black breather box'? I took it off and blew it out by 'mouth' and air flow freely in and out of every hole.... Is it supposed to?

I think you solved this with clearing your oil strainer, but yes, the black box should allow air through everywhere.
