I got the sprocket from alba, I am using my stock chain. Should I have to buy a longer chain? I ajusted the axle all the way up, and there is no slack in the chain. It also makes a noise when I get any faster than 2nd gear. Help ASAP.

you need to get a longer chain, if you ride it like that all it will take is a good bump and the chain will break and you dont want that. It could break the case. get a chain that is 2 chain lengths longer.

also, if the chain is that tight it might wear down your sprocket quicker, I'd say just get a longer one to be safe...

Do I have to take the brake caliper off to get the axle forward? It is on the very top line.

It took me awhile to get mine all the way forward due to the amount of
sand that was in between the swingarm and the carrier.I loosened everything
up and blew it out with comp. air until it moved freely, put it all back together
and it worked great. It was just a little snug to get the chain on but was
plenty of slack for adjustment.
