I always select "Notify me when a reply is posted", but I never get notification. Can anyone tell me if my ISP is bouncing these messages back? I had this problems with an unrelated BBS some months ago.

might be your ISP.....ill look into it though. Do you get PM messages? like in your mailbox(email) that says you've gotten an PM?
