It's going to be a kit coming from EAST COAST ATV,,they are doing 2 450 kits for Dirtwheels mag that will be in a upcoming issue
450 mx kit
450 woods kit
I was there yesterday and saw the Dirtwheels z400's waitng to be torn into.
They also have Dyno on site
Yes they are a great shop,,never had a problem with them, did alot of work on my 250r before I sold it for my Z.. even better cause they're only 20 minutes from me.
Thay are still waiting for a couple parts to come in before they start on the DirtWheels Z,then probably mid Jan. when available to the public..
If your gonn'a call make sure you talk to Dave,he is the only one that will tell you what's going on,actually he's the one that call's the shot's and I think owns the place. When I was there yesterday getting my Axle ,I don't think he really had the numbers yet,but I said I need to know for other money issues and he said it was gonn'a be around 1500.00,so before for I left he said count on 1500.00.
Only thing I'm thinking is can I bump up to 470 for same price.
sounds good, you could probably bumb the displacement to a 470 for just a little extra, but would be much. if you got the 450 would you get the MX or the woods version and what's the difference in the two?
adam: the new rule is 450, so you could use the 450 and still race
Slow down and read ,I said cross country I would go with.
I think that will give me enough bottom to tackle some of the hill's I havn't been able to get up and then alot more mid to top end.
