I found that when I did a leakdown test, it was holding more than the required 10%. This seemed odd as it only had 90psi. Turns out 3 brand new harbor freight testers that haven’t even been opened yet we’re reading only 1/2 the compression. I borrowed a different tester ( maybe a MAC but not sure) and it read 181psi. If you have a harbor freight tester, make sure you test it, and verify your compression with a better more reliable tester.
