Has anyone got 7/8" renthal bars mounted on their Z yet? I emailed Renthal and they said that the 400EX bend is closest to stock but I'm thinkin' on trying the ATV race bend. Do they fit over that plastic lights housing or do you have relocate your lights and key?

I tried to put the 400EX handlebars on my Z, and it didn't work. The cross pad sits tight on the plastic handle cover, but if you relocate your LEDs to the Front Fender and either use a LT250R Key Housing or put the Key in the Front Fender it will work. The headlight/on-off/start/choke switch is a real pain to take off because you must remove your grip to slide off the bars.

I will hopefully have my switched replaced with a YZ250 Kill switch to start my quad only. The lights are gone, and I don't need an off switch because it has a key for that.

Thanks ZRacer, that saves me the hassle of trying them on. I think I'm just going to get the trailtech clamp so I don't have the problem of relocating all the bells and whistles.

I put the Renthal handlebars 7/8 on my ATV. I just took the crossbar right off of the handlebars.

Here are my Renthols with a dash panel I copied from ROX. These are a Banshee bend. I like them alot. Alittle taller and wider but still able to use the stock controls.
