I'm trying to remove the skid plate and the bolts I have left are the two that are in the middle just under the engine. When I go to loosen the bolts the, what look like washers on top, just spin..thus the bolts just spin in their hole. Is there a way to get these out that I'm not aware of? The guy I bought this off of I don't think ever washed the darn thing so I'm trying to clean up all the grease and grime. Input appreciated thanks.
