I had an issue where my quad wasn't starting and I spent a good bit of time troubleshooting and trying to start it. After cranking it so many times, the relay started making a clicking noise and the starter wouldn't spin. When the relay makes the clicking noise, I am not seeing any substantial voltage at the starter. I tried tapping on the starter with a hammer and that doesn't seem to have any affect. If I move the starter relay under the seat or tap on that, the starter will start to work again. I checked the relay wires for tightness. The batter has 12 volts. Did I burn up my relay?

Sounds like the relay is shot, I had the same thing happen, I'll try to post the video later on.

Have you tried jumping the relay with a screwdriver? Insulated, of course.

Sounds like a bad relay.

The fuse being blown would mean no power ever gets to the relay, no matter what you do. Jumping the relay with a screwdriver should still require pushing the start switch. I'd say it's a bad relay.
