Any of you guys know how to replace swing arm bearings on a z400? Swing arm is off and all needle bearings are falling out. Does it press in as a whole assembly? Whats supposed to come out of the arm and whats supposed to stay?

Go to the hardware store and buy an all thread rod. Get a 3/8 or 1/2in with 2 nutz and different size washers, washers that are tight on the rod. Then use the socket that'll fit in the hole the tightest. I just used this method to remove and install all my bearings. It's a cheap bearing tool for sure.

Na who needs a manual when you have mans greatest achievement..... the world wide web and google. :)

After some searching i answered my own question. I used a socket thats the same diameter as the bearing and pressed them out. Everything comes out. Now to order parts.
