and anyways evrything copies each other it is how we get better things if bugar king didnt copy mcdonalds they wouldnt have good hanburgers just like if no one copied the us90 (the first three wheeler) there probably wouldnt be quads right now

Take it or leave it, if you like Yamaha and you feel that they are a better quad then by all means buy one. Maybe they did copy some of Yamaha's technology they also use 400ex shocks and other goodies too. I guess Yamaha doesn't have a problem with it since there are no suits as of yet.
