I know there are other threads on removing the pivot bolt, but the explanations are all over the place. I bought a 2006 ltz400 and it came without the chain slider guide, and to put it on I need to remove the swing arm pivot bolt. Do I need to remove the rear shock, do I need to support the swingarm to take the load off the bolt, I just need help because I can’t stand my chain hitting my swingarm.
