No the HMF is loud, they have a quiet core but I do not know how much it reduces noise and power.

For the Trinity Racing Stage IV Muffler. Is the muffler loud Do u know its noise dp. I know the stock one puts out about 92 dp.And they say the Yosh slip-on puts out about 102dp. I am looking to get in to mx and I also do alot of trail riding too. I am going for a muffler that has a bigger bite then bark Or more power then sound. Is the Trinity Loud. I have read about it and they say it puts out alot of power. I just need a good Pipe. And I need help picking one out. So any Suggestions would help.

The Trinity pipe gives a lot more bottom end and isn't any louder than other aftermarket pipes. Check out my site for the new dyno comparison between the Yosh slip-on and the Trinity full system.

Can you provide more details on the Dyno sheets? Looks like the Yoshi pipe lost power over stock. I have the Yoshi slip-on and this info concerns me (may have to "upgrade" to a better pipe). Looks like there is a 10hp difference at 55mph!

Were all other factors the same between runs? Jetting, Lid, etc...

Just FYI - my "seat dyno" did not notice much power from the Yoshi pipe - but it did rev much quicker than stock - but that was also with no lid and a 155 jet - I emailed Yoshi asking for a response to the DW test - they have not replied ; (

The Yoshi dyno sheet is here

If u want low end power wait until september and get the White brothers e-series pipe, tons of low end with that pipe.

All of the factors were the same ie: same bike, jetting, intake mods, dyno. The Yosh just plain and simple got smoked. Dirtwheels posted a loss of top end which is what they also came up with. You want bottom end, how about 6 extra ftlb's?
