I'm thinking bike jumped timing as there was no spring bolt in the tensioner, exhaust valve broke off and went threw the piston.

Replaced the piston, rings, exhaust valves.

Timing is set perfectly according to the marks on the camshaft and flywheel TDC mark. Lots of spark, unknown if fuel is getting threw the carb but I've tried adding fuel/starter fluid manually. Valves seemed to seat properly, and clearances have been adjusted.

Bike won't even sputter, the odd backfire after cranking it for minutes and adding fuel/starting fluid then nothing...

Trying to get an adapter for my compression tester but there seems to be lots of compression.

Any ideas or advice?

Need to know the compression for sure. Are the cams in the ten and two position at TDC? Wonder if the flywheel spun in the implosion.

Yeah, there might be more damage. Did you check the rod bearing play at the crank? Compression numbers would be helpful.
