I've noticed my wife's z250 free wheels down hills. It doesn't seem safe or normal to me. I'm guessing that the clutch is disengaging. I'm pretty sure I noticed some slipping while I was taking it up a hill. Can I just adjust the clutch as seen in a diff post on here, replace the clutch discs, or the centrifugal clutch shoes? I'm also kinda wondering if the problem is in the rear end. It has a small leak at the seal on the driveshaft side. I'm not sure what all to do. Any help is much appreciated.

I really doubt that the rear end is the problem. I would try adjusting the clutch free play. The manual recommends to adjust this every 6 months and if it has never been adjusted it's a good place to start.
