i just ordered a hmf slip on for my dvx, when i talked to the hmf guys they said that i should run a 145 main jet,2 1/2 turns on the air/fuel mixture screw, and to take off my snorkel,i just wana make sure thatis the right jetting for my quad, haha i dont feel like taken it apart a million times,so you guys thathave a hmf slip on what size jets are you running? thnx:)

ps. my carb is a 06 carb, and i have a k&n filter with the lid on and i prefer to leave the lid on

If you want to leave the lid on then the .145 sounds ok. Now you do realize you will be gaining as much power as you can from that pipe? If all you are doing is running the K&N and taking the snorkel out, the air/fuel ratio SOUNDS ok with the .145. But i'm warning you now, you'll probably still have to mess with it a little bit. HMF told me to run a .175 with the lid off, and that was very rich, so i cut the bottom of my airbox off and i was still rich. I went down to a .170 and now i'm running pretty good. I'm tellin you all this because every bike is different and you'll have to make adjustments no matter what. Good luck!
