When your done doing this project could you please post or PM how much you put into it. Cause I want to do another project. Really liked rebuilding my Z. Just I have to figure out what I'm going to do cause I'm pretty broke from my Z.
As far as the jets I couldn't tell ya. I run a stage 2 dynojets in a stock mikuni carb that comes with the z400s.

Well if your just gonna be doing flat track racing stuff I would say its probably fine. But it sounds like maybe some trail riding might be goin on to so I'm not sure.

Im guessing there is nothing protecting it like a airbox or anything....??? Also will you be doing stuff like crossing deep creeks or heavy mudding ?

I say your probablt fine if its just gonna be dust. Just keep the filter and outerwear clean and oiled.

well i got on side of the a arms complete and i have to say its look sooooo sexy with the plastics, but since i been doing this project outside i didnt get to take pics of it witht the plastics. i need to probaly repack/get a new exhaust, but i got a good condition kx 100 silencer, would it work, i got pics of em side by side(the blue is for the 250r and the silver one is for the kx). and also i got a k&n w/ outer wear but do you think its big enought to run w/o an airbox?

Just noticed this but is the right side of your rear axle bent ? Also is your lt250 and blaster your only quads ?
