I didn't have an impact so I wedged the piston to take off a bolt on the clutch side and it broke my piston

I am looking into doing all the powdercoating myself. I will already be doing all of my own blasting.
I think it will definitley pay for it's self because a powder coating system from Eastwood is $100 + $50 for a used electric oven and powder isn't to expensive off of Ebay. The pnly thing that won't fit into the household oven is the frame and I think Im gonna see if I can powdercoat it then to it to a place with a big enough oven. I don't think the steering stem will either but I will just paint that with really tough car paint and and couple coats of clear or I could just polish it.

Ive been needing to get the cylinder bored out since it had some small scars in it and I want my bike to run top notch so i was gonna get it bored and throw in the big 72mm piston. Dangerous my uncle powder his roll cage for his jeep by getting a propane tank and a big heater in the back yard which was alot cheaper than getting someone to do it, but it take a couple days to heat the entire thing.

Im gonna make a couple phone calls here in a minute to see if it will be cheap enough just to have someone to do it.

From what I've heard most people pay about $3-400 for it done.

I dont think it'll cost that much just for them to put it in the oven. A powdercoater/repair shop quoted me $250 for everything minus prep work.

Doctor Q dude.... Go YouTube search "dr q Zelda" ad watch the first video. It's an LTZ400 frame with a 540HRD Zilla motor in it. Kinda like a big brother to your bike lol
